DINGLE CREEK

MODERN FARMHOUSE

This charming corner-lot home, designed as a classic farmhouse cottage, features a blend of traditional warmth and modern efficiency.

More about this home

Its white vertical board and batten siding provides a contemporary look, while the wide front porch and attached carriage house offer welcoming, traditional character. Situated on a tight, low-sloping lot, the design maximizes its location to capture wonderful, forested views.

Upon entering through the red front door, visitors are greeted by a formal entry and staircase that spills into the open living areas. The open floor plan is filled with natural light, thanks to oversized rear-facing windows that frame the forested canopy, making the space feel expansive. The efficient layout utilizes every square foot, demonstrating a case study in efficient planning.

Pulling double duty, a private corridor connecting the garage serves as a mudroom, pantry, and laundry area. On the opposite side of the home, a private, full-sized primary bedroom suite offers its own exterior porch. By integrating open living, ample windows, and exterior spaces, this home achieves a much larger feel than its physical footprint suggests.
